I woke up Tuesday and still didn't have the perfect gift to take to the shower on Sunday. My Goddaughter is having her 1st baby. The gift had to say "I love you." I wanted it to be PERFECT. I remember Holding Nichole in my arms, singing her and rocking her to sleep. A Rocking Horse, would say what was in my heart and be something the child could pass on to their future children. I had come up with "The Perfect Gift" I just wished I had thought of this sooner, time was running out and living in a small country town, shopping location are limited so I let my fingers do the shopping. When I found Rocking Horse.com I knew I was in the right place. I asked lots of questions, timing was a huge concern. I even purchased "back up Gifts" just in case the horse didn't make it to the shower. I didn't have to worry, The Rocking Horse got here in just a few days, and was put together so quickly. Everyone that saw it talked about how beautiful it was. The Rocking Horse is made wonderfully and with all the owww's and ahhh's at the shower the guests seemed to agree. The really Joy came from the babies mother who couldn't hold in the smile or stop the tears when she first saw it. NO question it is Beautiful. Thank you for getting it to me in such short notice. Thank you for being so professional on the phone. I can't wait to be a GRANDMOTHER, so I can purchase a Rocking Horse for everyone of my own Grandchildren. Thank you and God Bless. The beauty of this horse added to the beauty of the day. Sending the perfect message from myself to the new mother "I love You."

We ordered a rocking horse for our second child from this company and were thrilled with it. Two years later it remains in great shape and our boys love it. Now it was time for our one year old daughter. My husband is very handy but had tremendous difficulty lining the parts up and screwing everything together. Parts developed slight cracks along the surfaces. We ended up returning the horse. This particular horse was definately of lower quality then the previous one we ordered.

The mane on my horse looked nothing like the one pictured, it had very little color (was thin and stringy, it also gave off a lot lint on our clothes). The mane ruined the overall appearence of the rocking horse.

    my granddaughter loves her horse!! It was very easy to assemble, but would recommend laying it on a blanket to avoid paint chipping, something that happened rather easily, although to me the chips gave it a little character. The yarn tail and mane are wonderful...just right for a little princess...and the hand painted face and other markings are charming. Overall...very pleased with this horse.

      I bought this for my 6 year old. It is beautiful. She says its perfect. Some other reviews say the screw holes are too little and the proper tools are not included. I put this together myself with the tools included while my husband watched. So ladies if your husbands cant get it, try it yourself...sometimes a little patients is all it takes. Overall this is perfect for my little girl she loves it and so does everyone that has seen it!
