Martin the Wooden Rocking Horse

Martin is made from a ponderosa white pine. Martin has a rustic look because he is burnt and then hand rubbed with clear natural oil, that is non-toxic, to seal in the lasting rustic beauty. There are no stringy fibrous materials to allow a young child to choke on, as well as no padded seats to get sliced up or torn. Martin is also water-resistant, which makes for easy clean-up, and heat resistant. Martin is balanced so that when a young child is positioned on the horse, he or she is slid forward to hold onto the handle to secure him or herself well. This helps prevent sitting back too far, which could create potential falling. Martin also does not have a foot rest for a very young child to position their feet on.
