      Sturdy and classic-looking, love the price!!

      We ordered the cherry colored horse and while it IS cherry colored, it looks nothing like the picture (the picture is light cherry red with a light colored mane, whereas the actual color is a DARK cherry with a medium colored mane). It looks dark brown in dim light. So I was disappointed when I saw it since I was attracted to the red color picured. But of course the little one loves it, could care less about the color, so we decided to keep it. I would only recommend this to a friend if the coloring on the picture were fixed to be more accurate!

          I bought this for my nephew for christmas. I'm not sure how he'll like it, but he tries to jump on and ride just about anything... including my parents cat. So, I'm pretty sure this will be a well used gift. The rocking horse looks great assembled and was easy enough to put together that I did it myself. ( I am not handy) Thanks for the great product.
