Rocking Horse Safety

Sandy Snail Rocker

Rocking horses should be steady enough to withstand your child's weight rocking back and forth.

The rocking horse should have handle bars for children to hold onto. Children should not rock backwards and forwards at high speeds due to the risk of tipping over.

Parents should always supervise their children particularly when getting on and off of the rocking horse. The rocker should be placed in an area that is carpeted and in a safe distance from other objects in the event of falling off.
