Below is an email I received from our daughter regarding the rocking horse we purchased for our grandchildren. I copied it just as it was sent and thought you would appreciate the feedback.
Also, I want to let you know how pleased I was to have found your website. I ordered online on a Saturday and received it on the following Tuesday. Your website actually worked just as it is supposed to. I am amazed at how many others do not. Thank you all and Merry Christmas.
Hi Dad,
David and I put the horse together last night. All I have to say is WOW. The kids are going to freak. I don't think I've ever had something that was so well made and easy to assemble and actually had everything it was supposed to have and each thing was clearly labeled. It is one cool toy. David and I were sad we couldn't ride it, but there is a 50lb. weight limit!! It is going to be a sure hit!!
Just thought I'd let you know it's assembled and outa sight. Maybe Christmas morning we should put it in David's office out of sight until the other presents
are finished and then bring it out and surprise them. I'm afraid we won't be able to get them off of it long enough to open any of their other presents!!

Thank you Doug, for sending your kind words. I was thrilled to purchase one of your products for our first grandson who will be visiting us at Christmas this year. I will definitely consider purchasing items from your company again in the future. I can't wait for its arrival to really see what it looks like. Although our grandson will only be 7 months old at Christmas, I know once he gets a little older, he will enjoy his little rocking caterpillar that we will give him for his first Christmas! The Liberty Spring Horse we bought was a DREAM to assemble. It was well made and assembly couldn't possibly have been easier. You packaged everything we needed for each step and the diagrams were very helpful. If only everything were this easy to assemble! The Rocking horse "Kiddie-Ups Rock-A-My-Baby Rocking Horse" I received Thursday, October 3, was so much more than I expected. It is beautiful and elegant and looks much better in person than on the computer screen. I'm so glad I ordered it for my grandaughter who will be 1year old November 15. I ordered it so it would be here in plenty of time and it was here in 4 days! wow!
All of the parts were with it and everything was layed out very well. It was so easy to put together.

I ordered the princess rocking chair last Friday and it was already at my house Monday. We assembled it and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Not a scratch on any of the pieces and all pieces accounted for! Nothing missing!!!!! I am very pleased with my purchase. Wish I had known about your shop before I purchased other rocking chairs for grandchildren.
